Speed Claims
Based on SanDisk internal testing: SanDisk Extreme IV CompactFlash cards have a sequential read/write speed of 40MB/second (266X), SanDisk Extreme III CompactFlash have a sequential read/write speed of 30MB/second (200X) and SanDisk Extreme III SD cards have a sequential read/write speed of 20MB/second (133X), SanDisk Extreme III Memory Stick PRO Duo cards have a sequential read/write speed of 18MB/second (120X), SanDisk Ultra II cards have a sequential write speed of 10MB/second (66X) and a sequential read speed of 9MB/second (60X). 1 megabyte (MB) = 1 million bytes; 1 gigabyte (GB) = 1 billion bytes. Performance may be lower depending upon host device.
